Addressing the specific needs or goals of the client is the primary goal in my therapy sessions. Assessment might include focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment, loss, and relationship health including marriage and parenting. Premarital assessment and therapy as well as marriage therapy and enrichment are important aspects of my therapy skill set. My life experiences of long term marriage, parenting, grandparenting and the desire to assist in healthy relationships direct my therapy.
Marriage and couple relationships are often challenging and result in conflict, wounding, and disillusionment. My marriage tools can help you learn to fight fair, fill each other's love tank, and better understand your gender differences. A marriage relationship is hard work, but done in a positive way, can be a true source of fulfillment.
