I provide a safe space to create healthy thoughts, attitudes, and behaviors along with the tools to sustain them. I work with adolescents and adults in individual, couples and family sessions.
I am a Certified Anger Management Specialist (CAMS-II), a Certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist,Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and EMDR trained. Additionally, I am Distance Credentialed and offer Telehealth sessions as needed.
