Relationships can be rich and rewarding as well as disappointing and painful. Services include: Relationship Therapy to repair and enhance, Discernment Counseling when there is indecision about staying together, and Uncoupling Counseling for those planning to part ways that value "ending well." Longer formats are very effective for couples and I offer 90-minute appointments, mini-intensives (1/2 day) to full-day customized sessions.
My style is active, non-judgmental, collaborative, and practical. I use a head AND heart approach that considers the way that people think as well as how they connect and build intimacy.
