I offer a range of services to couples including Premarital Counseling (Prepare-Enrich assessment), Discernment Counseling for couples where one, or both, are uncertain about staying together, Uncoupling Counseling for those who decide to part ways but want to "end well," and Two-Day Couple Intensive Therapy (a highly effective format to jumpstart therapy).

My style is active, non-judgmental, collaborative, and practical. I use a head AND heart approach that considers the way that people think about their lives and relationships, as well as how they connect and build intimacy. I strive to build an authentic and respectful relationship with clients that creates a safe atmosphere to enhance emotional growth.
