I find that many adults get stuck in an unhealthy relationship cycle bc they weren't taught the emotional skills needed to make healthy social choices. Emotional neglect and abuse can also give us a negative belief about ourselves.
Getting UNSTUCK often means learning healthy skills to improve our choices and our thoughts.
I am trained in EMDR and EMI which helps resolve trauma experiences.
Self pay rate is $150/session
I've worked in the fitness industry for years. As a yoga instructor I bring the goodness of yoga into the mind and body of many seeking peace, relaxation and a healthy body. I incorporate yoga therapy when helping my clients learn to relax their nervous system and connect with their emotional and physical self.
