I blend traditional Mental Health therapy with spiritual work and energy healing practices to your preference, including Reiki, Vibrational Sound Healing, Shamanic practices and other holistic/spirutal modalities. Underneath it all- the layers of life experiences that affect us, the conditioning, the habits, our own self talk and expectations of ourselves, the busyness, the hurt- is our core self, our true essence. This true self needs to be known. When someone is connected with it in a deep, meaningful way, everything blooms from there. That is where they find the deep guidance, answers and healing that they have been seeking.
And at the heart of it all, with the use of clinical interventions, and energetic, holistic and spiritual interventions, that is my goal- to teach, guide and help you to deeply connect with your true self, to find yourself within, and to see that you have everything inside of you that you need to get through difficuties and be whole, healthy, and thriving.
I believe counseling is most helpful when it includes connecting to one's own spirit and the true essence of one's self. I also offer BQH sessions, which use elements of deep trance/hypnosis to connect to Higher aspects of Self and Higher energies for information and healing.
