I am comfortable treating clients from ages 8 to 88. I primarily treat clients with eating issues, body image issues, anxiety issues, self-esteem and depression issues, and identity issues.
I have extensive experience working with clients with eating disorders at all levels of care including inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. I am certified in Maudsley Family Based Treatment. I also use a non-dieting/intuitive eating model of treatment. I use CBT & ACT for anxiety & depression.
My practice is on the beautiful Pineland campus in New Gloucester, which is close to Gray, Lewiston, Auburn, Pownal, Freeport, Durham, North Yarmouth, Yarmouth, and Falmouth.
