I work with adults of all ages. I work with clients who struggle with medical and health related issues and health anxiety. And I work with clients who are struggling with grief and loss, including people who are coping with a loved one experiencing dementia. I work with clients who struggle with food, eating, and body image issues as well.
I use an eclectic approach to treating anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. I have extensive experience working with clients with eating disorders at all levels of care. I am certified in Maudsley Family Based Treatment. I also use a non-dieting/intuitive eating model of treatment.
