My own life experiences have provided me with a greater ability and understanding of demonstrating unconditional positive regard passionately. Over the past 10 years, I’ve helped people become more successful in all areas of life.
I will assist you in overcoming your barriers, establish good life habits, as well as actualizing your full potential. I will customize your treatment plan to meet your recovery goals. I use eclectic therapy methods, including CBT, Solution Focused and Narrative therapy to address the triggers and cravings. I continue daily to empower hope.
I am Licensed in Connecticut with 10 years of experience in the mental health & substance abuse field specializing in working with individuals suffering from addiction, depression, anxiety, chronic mental health disorders and legal issues.
