I use a strength-based and acceptance approach, and I genuinely believe in a person’s ability to learn the skills and strategies needed to make positive change and growth in whatever areas a person would like. I provide therapy for adults, adolescents, children, and families experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning difficulties, or other issues impacting them.
I also have experience as a school psychologist and teacher, and I understand how social-emotional-behavioral difficulties and learning disabilities might impact one’s ability to be successful in and outside the educational setting. Given my background, I can explain the special education process, provide second opinions on evaluations, and offer resources.
I truly look forward to working with you to collaboratively create a treatment plan focused on positive change and growth.
