Welcome to my practice. I believe that my passion for working with and helping others combined with over 30 years of work with individuals, families and children in a variety of settings brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our work together. I provide thoughtful, compassionate counseling to help bring about personal growth and change. We will work to develop insight to improve understanding of thoughts and feelings, improve communication and relationships, develop coping skills for anxiety and depression, and resolve conflict that interfers with peace and balance in your life.
My educational experience includes an Associates of Arts degree in Early Childhood and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Developmental Psychology from Purdue University; as well as a Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from Indiana University. I am also certified and licensed to provide alcohol and drug counseling.
I work with a variety of clientele and specialize in child and adolescent behavioral issues, parenting concerns, family and couples counseling, adult individuals and alcohol and drug counseling. My therapy hours are flexible to accommodate school, work and personal lives. I look forward to hearing from you.
