I am a licensed Marital and Family Therapist in California with over 20 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, creative blocks, and low self-esteem. I have also helped many people who experienced physical and emotional trauma. I hold my EMDR certification and use this process with about one-fourth of my clients.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness, self-inquiry, and solution-focused therapy.
