Let’s admit it, sometimes life sucks! That’s especially true if you’ve experienced an earth-shattering event. It feels like your personal world has tilted off its axis and nothing is in balance yet the world around you keeps spinning like usual. It’s hard to function and feels isolating. The sooner you process an event like that the better. The problem is many times you don’t realize how an event like that will impact you until it shows up in problematic ways.

I offer therapy rooted in connection not only with me but with the many parts of oneself. I believe that individuals are the sum of their parts and feel that if any part suffers then the whole person suffers. This encompasses mind, body, spirit and extends outwardly to relationships, spirituality, and other systems.

It can be hard to find someone you want to work with, trust me I've been there and I get it.
