My 15+ years of experience working with people from diverse circumstances and my training in tested therapy models, have rooted my practice in a deeply felt respect for each of my clients.

I often use ACT, CBT, and EFT techniques and I also draw heavily from Relational Life Therapy school of thought and the research of the Gottman Institute.
