My professional training is supported by Evidence Based Treatment (EBT) models that have yielded results that guide my clinical practice. I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness. I have clinical expertise in dealing with children, youth and adults.
I’ve done most things in my life at my own pace, on my own terms, and somewhat out of order. Nevertheless, my blessings have been birthed in my unique approach to life, which also provides me insight in this helping process. It has been my differences that have creatively shaped my life, making me unique, and adding flavor to my character.
