I have specialized in trauma therapy and co-occurring counseling for the last 9 years. Theoretical approaches are Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Theory and EMDR. I work well with individuals trying to answer those big questions about loss or find meaning in their lives.

I spend a lot of time getting to know my clients. I'm not one to offer tons of advice. The most important thing I want for you is to feel safe and find your own voice.
