I have specialized in trauma therapy and co-occurring counseling since 2015. Theoretical approaches are Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic Theory and EMDR. I work well with individuals trying to answer those big questions about loss or find meaning in their lives.
