What is your why? What do you feel you are missing out on? I have over 30 years of experience working with families and individuals of all ages and in many stages of life's journey. I am able to help my clients learn healthy and effective coping strategies through different evidence-based therapeutic methods. My approach is sometimes eclectic and always tailored to the need of my client. I am skilled in the use of ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
I specialize in treating trauma with ART, which is an eye-movement based therapy that works to move negative and uncomfortable sensations associated with traumatic images out of the body, allowing one to find hope and freedom.
It is never too late to seek help for trauma, no matter how long ago it happened. I commit to walking the path to healing with my clients.
