I have been in private practice since 1990 treating a wide range of psychological issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues and work/life stressors. If you're looking to find some healing and/or make some changes in your life I can help.
My therapeutic approach focuses on the current issues that bring patients to my office. This can involve looking back at occurences in the past that has brought clients to their current situation. The primary focus, however, is on the here and now.
I employ a gentle approach. I work with my clients to formulate a treatment plan that makes sense for their lives. Even for those who are not sure exactly what the cause of their distress is - together we can explore what changes they would like to make.
