I work with Individuals and families to address their current issues and concerns preventing them from achieving healthier more satisfying lives and relationships. Through an interactive process and various treatment modalities, clients are engaged in healing from past hurts, finding and/or restoring balance in their lives and developing healthier coping techniques.
Each Individual I work with is unique and special as well as the issues and concerns prompting them to seek out services. I work diligently utilizing a number of therapeutic modalities to provide individualized services based upon need and desire to help clients achieve results and a greater sense of happiness and self-appreciation.
Services can consist of individual, couple and/or family counseling based upon the issues presented and specific requests of clients. In addition, I am also a trauma yoga certified Reiki Master/Teacher and will provide Reiki services outside of my normal practice hours for a nominal fee of $50.00-$100.00
