I bring child play therapy to your HOME and offer parent coaching, and individual counseling for teens and adults via telehealth. My experience working with parents, children, teens, families, elderly, military, and international populations has given me insight into helping you manage your burdens. Anxiety, grief, divorce issues, parenting, ADHD and child behavior have become my specialties. My warm and welcoming style is backed by knowledge and professionalism.

Anxiety, Abuse, Trauma, Grief, Divorce, and Relationship concerns are the most common reasons to seek therapy. I'm available to get to know you so we figure out the missing pieces to your positivity puzzle. I use a wide variety of techniques to implement change, including hypnotherapy for fears and addictions as well as life coaching for less severe issues.

Resilience will increase and resistance will decrease, using the techniques I teach to both children and parents to develop a more harmonious household. Childhood trauma can heal through play therapy as a child's brain naturally goes to what they need, and I can confidently guide them to resolution.
