Immediate Openings for Telehealth! I am here to help you manage what you are struggling without judgement and only care to help you get relief. Experience with adolescent and adults who struggle with mental health and substance abuse (not accepting children). With a specific training with adults/women struggle with ADHD. I am lgtbtqia+ allied and sex positive. Additionally I work with adolescent and adults who suffer with Anxiety, depression, trauma, developmental issues, and change of life. Unfortunately due to limitations by Mass Health clients I unable to see teens due to CANs certification, but can for private insurance.
My background is in the treatment adolescents and adult who struggle with phase of life issues, mood disorders, anxiety/trauma traumatic brian injury adhd and substance abuse. I use a variety of techniques to help individuals manage symptoms and Improve overall quality of life.
I believe that we should manage our mental health just as we would any other area of are life. There is no reason for us to feel stigmatized or shame about seeking help and wanting to be the best version of ourselves that we can be.
