My therapeutic work focuses on healing from trauma and other adverse experiences, informed by a person-centered, relational-cultural, and somatic lens. My aim as your counselor is to walk alongside you in your personal journey to healing, informed by your values system and experiences across the lifespan that shape who you are. I believe we are deeply impacted by our cultural background, childhood experiences, and relationships. I am passionate about engaging the mind and body connection to find freedom and shape a positive sense of identity.
My areas of focus include: life transitions, sexual and relational trauma, chronic illness, women, LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, and depression.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I enjoy working with individuals across the gender, sexuality, and disability spectrum.
I am currently accepting adolescents and adults, especially transition-aged (18-28), for telehealth.
