You won’t be asked to “fix yourself” here (spoiler: you're not broken). We’ll explore how you got here, what you want, and what healing even means for you. I’ll bring the therapeutic tools—CBT, DBT, SFBT, somatic stuff, art-based, occasional meme references—and you bring your weird, tired, beautiful brain. We’ll figure it out together, no judgment, no rush.
