Taking the next step can be intimidating and difficult, but a different perspective may help you create balance and a renewed sense of stability. It is my intention to help you expand your life beyond the “couch,” where even the smallest of adjustments can make a huge impact. One of the most crucial parts of the therapeutic process is connection. I approach each session with warmth and an empathetic, listening ear to provide you a space where you feel heard, understood, and hopeful for your future.
We all have a unique story and journey where no two experiences are alike. I take a strengths-based and holistic approach to therapy that considers the whole person, identifying how each part affects the other. We will work together to create goals, measure your progress, and work through your challenges, as I believe everything in life is “figure-out-able."
I have special interest for working with late teens and young adults going through transitional phases of life, as well as working with people with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and those in the LGBTQ+ community. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals on any part of the spectrum.
