I offer over 15 years of experience in holding space for people experiencing high levels of distress and crisis in their lives. Providing a safe space for you to share about your experiences is crucial, while also focusing on solutions that may help alleviate distress in your life.
Focusing on you as the expert in your own life, together we can explore how to alleviate experiences you may be having with depression, anxiety, substance use, and suicidal ideation, (among other needs), creating a treatment plan to help you find the best path forward.
