I love working with folks who are navigating the messy overlap of complex trauma, grief, marginalization, neurodivergence, and OCD. I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a range of modalities including person-centered counseling, expressive arts and drama therapy, somatic practices, feminist theory, multicultural frameworks, exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive and behavioral approaches, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
