About
There are so many therapists out there. How do you know which one is right for you? I don't think there is any issue or problem that I'm not willing to try and work with. Of course this doesn't mean I'm an expert on every subject or your issue. One of the most important parts of therapy is the trust between the client and the therapist. This is done by establishing a rapport with the client and creating a safe environment so that she or he feels completely safe and comfortable to talk about his or her issues. Feel free to contact me and talk with me to see if we might be a good fit. There is no charge for this.
Some of my main interests are: Anxiety, fears, depression, alcohol and drug abuse, guilt, shame, spirituality, self-esteem building, self-acceptance, childhood issues, relationships, emotional, physical and sexual abuse.
As one who had a turbulent life and has been in treatment before, I know what it's like to be on the other side. The first time I sought help was not easy, as I was scared, embarrassed and didn't know what to expect. I then found a therapist who made me feel safe and welcome and whom I could trust.
