As your therapist I have the privilege of being invited into your story. Curiously we will explore how you got here, where you want to go, and what is disrupting the progress of that story. Life can feel like a mess of colors, cluttered on a canvas. It's my job to help you to see and use those colors to produce the beautiful mosaic that it is, so you can live with greater freedom. I frequently see clients who are working through the anxieties of being a teenager, the struggles of emerging into adulthood, the issues of manhood in singleness, marriage, and parenting, and the traumas that disrupt emotional well-being.
To me therapy is an artform, unique to each client. Much of the work done is to get to the root of your issues and regulate your mind and body. This is done through emotional awareness and regulation, brain optimization, trauma work, mindfulness, and improving your relationship with yourself. I implement Neurofeedback and Brainspotting in my sessions.
Admitting you need support is a big step. The weight of your troubles is your own and it's my honor to walk with you through your healing journey. This journey is not easy or comfortable, but none worthwhile ever is. Everything you need to be healthy is already within you.
