ACT is an evidence-based, blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Mindfulness Practice. ACT theory acknowledges suffering is a natural factor in the human experience. We team to create a flexible practice that will transform challenges into stepping-stones allowing you to move forward to realize your goals and aspirations.
I believe we are all born with our own unique strengths that can be called upon to help us grow and develop to our own highest good. I have over 25 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families both in and outside of therapeutic settings.
