Rheanna “Anna” Jaske, LPC-IT, NCC, is a licensed professional counselor in training and Nationally Certified Counselor who works with adolescents and adults. Some of her areas of clinical interest include treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and OCD as well as building skills in setting/maintaining boundaries, navigating relational challenges and life transitions, healthy approaches to managing stress, understanding emotions, and promoting general mental wellness outside times of distress.
Rheanna favors tailoring techniques drawn from narrative, person-centered, and CBT/DBT approaches as well as integrating creative, self-compassion, somatic, and mindfulness practices to meet individual needs. She also has particular interest in animal-assisted therapy and sometimes partners with her therapy dog, Opal, to provide support for clients.
Rheanna’s aim is to work collaboratively with clients not only to identify and work toward goals, but also facilitate growth in understanding of strengths and self.
