Groups
Perimenopause & Menopause Group
A therapeutic group for people going through perimenopause or in early menopause, to offer support for the psychological impacts of this stage of life. Weekly experts will be brought in to the group to provide insight on various aspects of the perimenopausal and menopausal stages. This is an 8 Week in-person group, and 8 participants accepted. Cost: $50 per 90 minute session, $400 total. Payment is for the entire series, if you have to miss a session there aren’t specific refunds. Dates: Wednesdays 6-7:30pm 10/2-11/20.
