Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you’re struggling with anxiety, carrying the weight of past experiences, feeling stuck in depression, or navigating a major life change. I work primarily with women and young adults who are looking for a safe, supportive space to feel heard, understood, and less alone in what they’re facing.
I have a special interest in supporting individuals during the perinatal and postpartum periods, as well as those adjusting to new stages of life and identity. I understand how difficult it can be to balance the expectations of everyday life while quietly struggling emotionally.
My approach is warm, interactive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership, one where you can openly explore your experiences while also building practical tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and self-understanding.
