I have extensive experience supporting individuals and families through the lens of individual psychology, navigating complex relationship issues, including those involving couples and parent-child dynamics. I also provide compassionate care for those experiencing grief and offer specialized support for individuals healing from childhood trauma.
I also offer co-parenting consultations designed to support parents in creating a harmonious and child-centered co-parenting relationship. I provide a safe space to address the unique challenges of co-parenting using a child-centered approach, focusing on the best interest of your child(ren).
I also provide play therapy consultations to those working with children. Consultation can include play therapy techniques to try, child development expertise, and the therapeutic powers of play. Additionally, case conceptualization is also offered to help other professionals to better understand a child’s presenting issues through a play therapy lens.
