Drawing on knowledge from queer, and critical race theory, we will work collaboratively to help you navigate systemic issues and its impact on your intersecting identities.
I integrate anti-oppressive, trauma informed, experiential, psychodynamic, and relational psychoanalytic approaches in our work together to alleviate your distress and help you understand how lived experiences have shaped your consciousness. I use a harm reduction lens when working on substance use concerns and co-occurring issues. I am fluent in Spanish.
I intentionally keep a small caseload to stay present with my clients while helping foster deeper connections to self and relationships with others.
