I do believe that no one purposely desires to be unhappy and allow problems/situations to adversely affect their self-esteem/worth. My therapeutic approach will address presenting issues and focus on the effective solution that is necessary to allow you to lead the life that you want. My counseling process is catered to the needs of the individual and although not about me, my ultimate goal is to help clients to reach their full potential.
I utilize a holistic counseling style that will encourage a freedom of expression for the client with the end goal of bringing about a solution, promoting both healing and personal growth.
You have the wheel on this journey and my job is to listen and render guidance as needed. Change can be a good event if properly transitioned. Everyone is unique and therapy is consummate with your needs and elicits self-growth.
