Hello, I'm Michelle Ceyler, the founder of Revive Therapy and a licensed professional counselor. I specialize in helping adults navigate and heal from past and present trauma, as well as supporting those dealing with addictions, anxiety, people-pleasing tendencies, low self-esteem, and challenges in discovering their true identity. My mission is to provide a safe, open, and non-judgmental space for each individual. I work with clients from diverse cultural and spiritual backgrounds, and I fully embrace and affirm the LGBTQIA+ community in all aspects of care. Please note that I do not provide marriage/family counseling.
I incorporate a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness.
