I am proud of you for taking the first steps for you. I imagine this is not easy, but this is a sign of strength and you're stronger then you know. In today's realities, many are struggling with uncertainties, stress, fear, loneliness and isolation. If you are facing Depression or Anxiety symptoms, therapy can be helpful in learning coping strategies. If you're struggling with ADHD and having a hard time focusing or not engaging in impulsivity, therapy can be helpful in learning how to bring yourself a sense of calm and learn how to be in control of you and your life. Therapy helps us learn to manage the perceived unmanageable.
I'm here to assist you with the perceived unmanageable. I’m a client centered, trauma informed therapist. “Revitalize & Restore Therapy” was chosen by me because I believe we all have the chance to be revitalized & to restore who we desired to be as young children. I offer DBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy & therapeutic interventions to help you. Youth welcomed!
