Many of my clients struggle with the painful issues of anxiety, depression (including postpartum depression), loss, trauma, or health problems. Many also are dealing with significant life changes and stressors. In a compassionate, gentle manner, I listen to their stories, empower them to use their strengths, and help them learn ways to cope with their situations and feelings.
I work with my clients on helping them identify and change thought patterns that may contribute to their sadness, fear, and frustration. Because each person is unique, with his/her own perspective, background, and personal qualities, I work carefully with each client to tailor treatment to the individual.
My office is conveniently located right across from City Center. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the building is handicapped-accessible. Moreover, the waiting room has an area with children's books and toys for any little ones who might be accompanying you.
