It is my belief that the therapeutic process is meant to be a collaborative effort; a partnership between client and therapist. We will work together to find the best path to deal with the issues you bring into the room. It is of the utmost importance that a sense of comfort and open communication be established in the therapeutic relationship, as a foundation to accomplish the desired changes.
While the journey toward change is often not an easy one, I try to use a variety of strategies and techniques to focus your awareness on the moment, plan how to move forward constructively, without losing sight of where you have come from. I hope to help you be able to develop a positive sense of self.
In my practices I treat both young adults and adults, individuals and couples. I specialize in the treatment of depression and anxiety, low self esteem, eating disorders and infertility issues. It is a sign of the greatest strength to be able to ask for help. I look forward to connecting with you.
