Our collaborative journey will help guide you in a direction where you feel more able to face and overcome the challenges you are experiencing. During our sessions I will provide you with a safe, empathetic, and non judgmental environment where you can explore and address any personal struggles and hardships that you may be experiencing.
I specialize in parent support, working with couples and individuals around communication, and building coping skills and tools to help address what brought you to therapy. Using a client centered and mindful approach, my focus is the client's well-being and feeling comfortable as I support you through your personal work.
