My name is Reuben, and I am a therapist who focuses on empowering you to not just feel better, but to become the person you want to be. I work with anxiety and panic; depression; relationship conflicts and betrayal; grief, guilt, and the effects of trauma; people pleasing; and unhealed wounds from familial, partner, or religious abuse.

While I employ multiple treatment perspectives, I only utilize evidence-based modalities. I primarily pull from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, or ACT. I also utilize CBT, person- and strength-based therapy, and other approaches. I am a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from WMU.
