I offer a genuine care for my clients and work to find the best approaches to fit their needs. I like to help clients identify their strengths and gain confidence to overcome obstacles in their lives by gaining new ways to cope with stress, be able to regulate difficult emotions, and have a healthy relationship with oneself and others.
