I use a collaborative approach to therapy, which means we work together to identify your unique goals and create a personalized path toward healing.
I love working with couples, individuals, and families from teens to adults, helping them to gain awareness of the connections between their emotions, thoughts, physical experiences, and spiritual understandings in order to develop the whole person.
