We are here to help restore the peace in your life. We believe in placing energy on acceptance and change in order to evolve. This practice encompasses a wide array of techniques and strategies to work with individuals and families towards a healing goal. We have found in therapy that meeting the client where they are has been a successful starting point in healing. We treat adolescents, adults, families and couples with issues such as depression and anxiety, substance abuse, conduct and adjustment disorders as well as anger. We have been trained in Cognitive Behavior, Motivational, Reality, Trauma & Dialectical Behavior Therapies.
Assisting our clients to achieve their goals is paramount and takes priority in what we hope to accomplish with every client. We are here to tailor treatment to fit your needs. Building a therapeutic relationship in trust will allow acceptance and change to occur.
For the graduate student seeking hours towards a degree or the professional seeking hours toward LPC in the state of NJ I welcome opportunity for supervised experience. A plan of supervision would be tailored to what is needed in my practice and coordinated with the requirements for school and state of NJ licensure.
