Sometimes our lives look nothing like we planned. Grief touching everything, leave you feeling alone even in a room full of people. In whatever form — a struggling relationship, a lost dream, an unexpected life transition, or the death of a loved one — grief can feel all-consuming and isolating. My hope is that therapy helps you create the safe spaces needed within your life and relationships to experience and share both your positive and negative emotions. To be able to feel it all fully, share what's been too heavy to say, and find your way through.

Trying to figure out which therapist is right for you? Knowing you want counseling, but not knowing where to start. It can be an intimidating time, worrying if your problem is too big or if there’s even hope. During our first session, my goal is to get to know you and create a plan together. I have a passion for working with couples and helping them find healing within their most cherished relationship. In our work together, I help couples find the patterns in their relationship they want to change and create a new way forward. A fulfilling relationship includes being able to be seen and heard by your partner.

I approach my work with authenticity, compassion, and a strong conviction in the therapeutic relationship's power to help couples navigate challenges and foster personal growth together. I want to create a space where clients feel heard and understood.
I was drawn to counseling because of my own early experiences—growing up in an environment where emotions were often buried or dismissed.
I have special interests working with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, and eating disorders.

As a client, I know that therapy can sometimes feel like a chore. Sure, it’s a designated place to process painful life experiences, learn better ways to manage whatever life throws at you, but still may be more tempting to sweep it all under the rug instead. "If I don’t talk or think about it, did it even happen"? I've certainly been there, sometimes I still am. I think that mindset comes from a place of not wanting to be witnessed when you are not feeling your best. As a therapist, I enjoy the work the most when clients finally reach a moment they realize they don't have to put up a front anymore, because all emotions are welcome.

So many of my clients come to therapy feeling like they’ve been misunderstood their entire lives; told they’re “too much,” “not enough,” or “hard to read.” Whether it’s ADHD, complex trauma, or the dynamic between two people who love each other but can’t seem to connect, the common thread is disconnection from the self.
I specialize in helping neurodivergent adults (especially those with ADHD) and trauma survivors uncover the parts of themselves that had to go into hiding to survive. My approach helps you translate your inner world; your emotions, impulses, and needs; into language that others (and you) can finally understand.

I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the challenges of life. My journey into this field has been deeply influenced by my own experiences, particularly as a military spouse. These experiences have not only shaped my understanding of the unique challenges faced by my clients but have also fueled my passion for helping them build resilience and find stability in their lives. I believe that each person’s story is unique, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings.

Life stages and transitions bring with them many joys, challenges and uncertainties. Mental, emotional and spiritual obstacles often leave us stuck or prevent us from fully realizing the joy and peace we desire in life. Are you familiar with feelings of despair, hopelessness, anxiety, confusion and self-doubt among others? Do your children or adolescents struggle in this way? Are you experiencing a difficult time moving forward? My objective in therapy is to validate your experience as an individual, couple or family. Through practical learnings and education, I will work alongside you to provide hope and help toward healing.

It can be hard to find a therapist you truly connect with. The process might feel awkward, intimidating, or even a little uncomfortable — I aim to make it simple, approachable, and real. I’m not the right fit for everyone, but if you’re looking for a therapist who blends curiosity, compassion, and insight — and who won’t let you stay stuck in the patterns that aren’t serving you — you just might find what you need here. I love helping people uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface, understand themselves and their relationships better, and start making meaningful shifts that actually stick.

I work with kids, teens, and adults facing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many feel stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. Some are survivors of domestic violence seeking safety and healing. Together, we focus on building confidence, improving coping skills, and navigating personal growth.

My deeply person-centered approach values your wholeness—mind, body, and spirit. Influenced by Viktor Frankl's logotherapy and the search for meaning, I'm passionate about helping clients navigate existential issues, life transitions, and anxiety. With an MDiv and past pastoral experience, I specialize in the intersection of spirituality and mental health. This includes supporting clients exploring religious trauma, deconstruction, reconstructing their beliefs, and exploring their involvement in religious communities. I also enjoy premarital counseling and working with couples.

Hi, I’m Meg. I’m an MFT intern who is committed to providing safe, affirming support to people as they engage in the tough work of navigating the complexities of their inner and outer lives. I’m fascinated by people, our emotions, neuroscience and the intersection between the three. I value the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life and welcome everyone who feels that therapy could be beneficial for them.

I want to be there for you in the places that so often feel isolating. It's important to me that you have a place in the therapy relationship where you don't have to be 'fine.' My hope for our work together is that your distressing and overwhelming experiences can be connected to your life without fully overwhelming the rest of your life.
