My approach with clients is primarily one that is holistic. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, conflict resolution, and stress management. I like to work with clients on a 360 approach, looking at how nutrition, sleep, and stress are impacting present day experiences. Whether looking at patterns that began long ago or maybe just started present day, our work together will take a solution focused approach to begin to identify ways in which to make meaningful change in your life.
I am a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I have specialized training in Nutritional Psychology, Insomnia, and Trauma. I completed both my residency and internship with the US Army and proudly served thereafter. I have knowledge and experience both as a service member and as a spouse of one.
