Sometimes you may become overwhelmed due to changes in routine or major events such as a new school, grades, finances, becoming a new parent, losing a loved one, divorce, or conflict in relationships. With over 10 years of experience, my practice utilizes Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence-based approaches. That said, no two people are the same and I personalize the needs of each individual. My goal is to build coping skills and restore self-confidence that can be utilized for a lifetime of mental wellness.
