Troy and Vicki Vander Zwart's practice goal is to give you a compassionate, safe, non-judgmental place to express your deepest thoughts and feelings, explore options to resolve the problems you are facing, and support and encourage you as you face them. Our physical office is located in San Diego, but we are able to provide services anywhere in California virtually through a secure video telehealth platform.
We are proud to serve our Veterans, active duty military, and their families. We have been trained in evidence based treatments for PTSD, including the Center for Deployment Psychology's platinum level course in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy. Vicki is also trained in EMDR and CBT for Suicide Prevention.
