We have openings! Hi, I'm Linda Kim, founder of RRT. If you’re feeling exhausted from stress, shame, lack of sleep, panic, flashbacks, isolation, walking through the impacts of trauma, grief, depression, or anxiety, we have a team of clinicians ready to listen, guide, and encourage you to take steps forward. If sharing your struggles feels like being a burden to others, you’re not alone. Our team creates a safe, supportive space for those who find it hard to open up or ask for help. We walk alongside you through the uncomfortable and painful parts of life, helping you find acceptance, hope, and practical strategies to move forward.

At RRT, we help clients process difficult memories, regain a sense of calm, and move out of survival mode. Our team supports those experiencing burnout from caring for others, anxiety, or a history of trauma. We use evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT and EMDR to support healing of both mind and body, and can offer a Christian perspective if desired.

Our Admin team helps make the process of connecting with the right therapist smooth for you, to support you in taking steps toward a purposeful, stable life. Our therapists believe that meaningful change is possible, and that transformation happens when you feel heard, understood, and aligned with what matters most. We look forward to hearing your story!
