Our clinicians work with individuals with a wide range of diagnoses and experiences, including ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, burnout, OCD, trauma, and eating disorders. Many of our clients have been identified as “high performing,” “highly capable,” or “twice-exceptional” (2E). We also regularly work with individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community.

While I hold a diverse caseload, most people I serve are neurodivergent minors and adults in the tech and games industry. I value the chance to speak candidly with others. In a context of trust, genuine communication is a powerful and aligning force. I strive to maintain transparency in our work together to create a collaborative environment that enables the free exchange of thoughts and feelings. As we work together to meet your goals, you can expect compassion, flexibility, and commitment. I am personally and professionally familiar with the value of gaming culture and am competent to incorporate it into therapy when appropriate.

Although I work with a diverse population, I primarily support couples and individuals with ADHD and autism diagnoses in collaboratively building systems of connection and communication that work with their unique experiences. My clientele generally describe themselves as “high achieving” and frequently cite tech and games as personally or professionally relevant to their lives. I work to identify and leverage my clients’ values as a compass when addressing client concerns. As a LMFT, I can be particularly helpful for clients who want to navigate cultural and family expectations, religious trauma, and sexual identity.

My practice centers around adults with ADHD and autism, many of whom went undiagnosed in childhood (or are just learning about potential neurodivergence). Further, I have experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, and those in geek/gaming communities. I believe in the power of community that is built on shared values and experiences. If you identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ and/or gaming communities and would like to explore these identities as part of your therapy experience, or you would simply prefer a therapist within these communities, we may be a good fit.

You deserve to feel empowered during your journey of self discovery. My experience integrating a social justice lens into my practice allows me to recognize your identities and how they may impact your experiences. I strive to take the mystery out of therapy and encourage openness and honesty during our work together.

Are you burned out, low on health points, & life keeps throwing you side quests when you want to focus on the main storyline? Maybe you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself & others? As a queer, neurodivergent counselor, I know how hard it can be to balance the grind of daily life with the bigger picture of who you want to become. Therapy with me is like co-op mode: I’ll bring curiosity, humor, & heart to help you pause, reframe, & find strategies that actually fit your life. Together we'll focus on building skills, rewriting old narratives, & exploring new ways of living your life with intention.

While I meet with a wide variety of clients, the majority of my caseload supports adult individuals and couples who identify as queer, geeks, gamers, and/or tech professionals. Though geek therapy is my specialty, I do not only seek geek clientele. My interest is to empower and support my clients - to work together and personalize their therapy to suit them individually. I work to provide a safe and productive space for clients to overcome adversity, and care deeply about understanding each person's diversity in identity and presence. I strive to remain open to and aware of my biases - including my privilege, identities, and beliefs
