I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, some Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as drawing from other therapies as needed.
Kristine D. Wilson, LPC holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology as well as a Masters of Education in Biology, and is National Board Certified in Counseling and School Counseling. Specialties include: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family/parenting issues, work/school issues, motivation, self-confidence, adjustments/transitions and more!
