I specialize in grief and trauma therapy. I am certified as an Accelerated Resolution Therapist (ART) which is a great modality for those feeling stuck due to trauma, grief and many other challenges. I am a qualified Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional and offer these services as well.
I enjoy working with those who are helpers, carers and in roles where stress is chronic. I have specialized training working with first responders and LEO. I believe that it is important, attainable and possible to reduce the impact of stress and burnout in our lives so that we can experience the full measure of what life has given us.
